Yes I get this all the time I wither get the spasms ,cramping or feeling my arms like lead weights 🙈 ..im just glad im not alone with some of the crazy things fibro brings us x

My left arm has just started bothering me when I sleep on my stomach with it just laying there but yet i can sleep on my side with my arm under me and it doesn’t bother me I don’t get it
