Members with fibromyalgia shared their experiences with random, small muscle cramps throughout their bodies, with many noting that the left leg was particularly affected, especially when lying down or driving. Several members found relief through magnesium supplements and staying hydrated, though some noted the supplements didn't eliminate the cramps entirely and attributed the symptoms to poor circulation or thyroid issues in addition to fibromyalgia. A recurring theme was the anxiety these new or changing symptoms can trigger, with members offering reassurance that these mini-cramps are a common part of fibromyalgia flares and encouraging each other to stay strong despite the daily unpredictability of the condition.

Yes, I do. I take Magnesium supplements and I believe they reduce the severity of the cramps.

Cramps are often due to a lack of sodium and magnesium.
