Hi , I used to have terrible pain in my feet until I had orthotics made for me , it took a while to get used to but now I can't live without them also my hands are really bad at night , it's excruciating to move them feels like every bone in every finger is breaking, I now rub icy hot gel ( bought at the drug store ) on my hands between my fingers and then wear gloves to bed , it has definitely helped me . Hope it helps you
I take magnesium for the cramping. It helps but I still get them but not as bad
I take these supplements already but maybe need more magnesium. I remember doc mentioning this. totally forgot.
I have it in right foot and both hands. I use warm water to settle the hand cramping. A foot bath with epsom salts helps the foot sometimes. Mine usually cramp from overwork so then I take a break, rest and let things settle. Gentle stretches, squeezing a soft ball for the hands, and rolling a tennis ball with my foot have helped.
I have done Epson soaks
