Hi all dose anyone on hear suffer with or ever had shin pain since haveing fibro? I have shin splints. But have realy bad shin pain that's different to my normal pain? So jus though I would see if anyone else gets it?

Something else that could cause that shin-splint pain, and that's common with fibromyalgia, is myofascial pain syndrome. Triggerpoints.net has a great illustration of how trigger points at the hip (the x's) cause radiating pain (the red areas) down the outside of the leg: Lateral Leg Pain.

My shins hurt bad too. Tender and painful to touch and have painful legs on inside of knees and up on my thighs too. I have to learn not to touch my tender spots
