I've been bullet journaling for a while it used to help me when I was in college keep track of deadlines and things.
But now I want to focus more on my health and tracking symptoms of endo and fibro, but there aren't really a lot of templates or examples of what to do for one.
Any suggestions or links would be greatly appreciated
Most symptom trackers I have seen are of two types -- the first is a grid (days across the top and symptoms you are tracking down the side) and you rate each day or X in the box when it's going on... the other is a similar style but it's a grid per symptom and you graph your pain levels etc... like numbers 4 and 12 in this article.... https://www.buzzfeed.com/amphtml/annaborges/bul...
Could you do a picture of an outline of the body front and back then colour it in with a coded log.
Then a grid for energy levels mood etc
Oh God I know, I don't want to track every symptom other wise I'd fill the book between the two mostly the more severe symptoms and body mapping pain/ severity/ trigger, energy levels and how I coped with the day, that kind of thing. My doctors that sought after I get to see him about twice a year so I don't really have that option :/
That's really helpful thank you! It's nice and simple too so should be easy to replicate :-)
Man there are so many different symptoms I think you would wind up with a 36 or more column spread sheet. I think I would first just list all the symptoms you think are due to fibro then talk to your doctor to see if he agrees. Then figure out your tracking sheet from there. Good luck.
