I've heard alot of people keep a journal. Any input on good things to keep track of? Weather, hours worked, any other out of myself factors? Thanks guys. You have been alot of help!
The most important thing to write down, are your blessings. They are hard to find on bad days, but we can all come up with something we are thankful for. Positive thinking can actually decrease pain. I would also write things down that are different from our normal. Keeping a food journal is a good idea too. There are foods that could be causing some of the problems. Getting food tested for allergies with an ENT ear, nose and throat doctor. I was blown away by the many problems that food allergies cause. Let me know if you want more information on this.
Keep track of how you feel, the weather that day what you eat and your blessings and concerns and a journal does help alot
Check out the fb groups Support and Bullet journaling with Chronic Illness, Bullet Journal Junkies, and Minimalist Bullet Journaling. I'm learning a lot but haven't tackled a lot. I want to track my daily meds, moods and symptoms. It's a nice, relaxing time for me to look at all the nice designs that people post. I have been doing more of a minimalist journaling in my weekly/monthly planner.
I've been reading a lot about bullet journals. I found a nice journal today on clearance. I didn't even think about journaling about my fibro. I think journaling the positive things in my life might be a big help.
I was on Xanax for years my dr took me off .My fibro symptoms are much worse 😟my anxiety is still there he gives me no meds for anything
