Donna I take many vitamins and for my hair loss I take biotin, folic acid, which is also in my one-a-day. Drink lots water every day (for everything😊). It hasn't stopped but has lessened. Also, I use Sulfate free shampoo & conditioner and do not wash my hair everyday. All has helped, especially sulfate free hair products. I hope this helped😊.
Yes, Biotin will help your ur hair, skin & nails. I was a hairdresser for 26 years and had to recommend it to many people. I never thought I'd be the one needing it now but I have lost over half of my hair. Sometimes hormones cause it, but some meds can cause it as well. Stress is also a huge factor in it. I hope this helps. But it won't hurt you to take the biotin anyway. Lol. My Dr has me on Gabepentin and over 900 mg a day started mine coming out.
I use Phyto hair products from my beauty shop. They have hair restoration products and they are working for me. Takes a few months tho. I started in September. Wish there was a quick fix. I wear wigs a lot, but too hot for Texas' summers. Hair falls out again with Rogaine and it felt gummy to me. Not so with this product. Little pricey tho. But if it works ...
As a guy affected by hair loss due to medications, I use a combination of Rogaine and Nioxin hair products. I am not sure if women cab use Rogaine or if they have a female version.
I shoul add supplements. I just hate having to add more pills or vitamins.
Sukin does one I use.
