Hi all, ive just been diagnosed after suffering since the age of 14 i am now 29. However due to the times at the moment i dont have an appointment to discuss my diagnosis with the doctors.

What types of treatments do they offer and how can i manage it going forward?

My main symptoms are:
Tiredness

I've been on buspar at 7.5 mg for a week, just increased to 15mg yesterday and it feels like I got smacked in the face by the buzz fairy. I would be disconnected with the fibro fog, but now I feel unfocused and scattered to the wind. My tongue feels stumbly and if typing on my phone I find it difficult to coordinate my fingers.
