I have Chronic Depression, anxiety, panic attack disorder, fibromyalgia, IBS, arthritis, and a long list of other things.
I use a meditation app. It helps me through panic attacks. The sleep stories help me on sleepless nights. The meditation helps me breath through pain. I know Meditation doesn’t work for everyone but focusing on my breathing helps me SO much. I hope It helps you. The app I use is called Calm.

Many of the types of Medication that we are on may not be right for You.

Tiredness - You may need to have a Blood Test to check your Vitamin Levels, especially your Iron levels in case you have iron deficiency anemia.
Checking Vitamin D, Vitamin B12 as well. Could be the reason that you are tired.

Pain in Muscles and Joints - You might need an Anti-inflammatory such as Naproxen.

IBS - you may need to go on a gluten free diet. Or take Probiotics.

Anxiety - You might need to try some coping methods or ask your Doctor for medication.

Everything depends on your Doctor and your metabolism as all of us are different and handle medications differently.

Blessings Gentle Hugs

You need a referral to a rheumatologist who specializes in fibro and a gastroenterologist for your IBS. Organise a telehealth appt by phone with your gp for these referrals.
