@Muscle spasms, yes I have one suggestion, get a new doctor! To me it seems he is not doing right by you. I took soma too( muscle relaxer ) but I was taken off it and prescribed a new relaxer. It works just as good.i don't think you are supposed to stay on them long. Flexibility is that a pain pill? Is that all the medication you take? I am on anti depression pills too! This desease will make anyone depressed!!!! Speaking of diseases I have a bone desease in my back, never found out how bad with the 1st MRI but I will with this one. What a mess this Fibro is, I am not even going into my Fibro fog and my forgetfulness!! Let me know how things go ok. Good-luck
Lyrica made me mean I didn't like even being near myself lol. Duloxetine helped but I started walking in my sleep and I have a balance problem so it became to dangerous
You can ask your doctor. I had gone through trigger point injections, soma, lorazapam with no help. I then got prescribed Flexaril at 10 mg twice a day. It took a couple of days as I couldn't sleep and had gone without sleep due to the pain. I wish you luck. Let me know if this has helped.
I wonder if Flexeril will work for me. At the P/T they said most of my issues are very tight muscles that is causing a lot of the pain. Feels like joints to me but they said it's the muscles around the joints.
