I just lost about 15 pounds by quitting soda (even diet), no fast food, no processed foods, eating 5 times a day and drinking a lot of water. Oatmeal, banana, chicken breast, broccoli, green beans. Hardly any dairy. I still have more weight to lose, hope this helps!

I am very interested in trying to figure out a diet that is high in anti inflammatory food and eliminating inflammatory foods. I have found this to be a task of futility as every book I pick up is extremely convoluted. I do better off of the sugars and wheat. Those are inflammatory to me, and make me even worse.
I do the blood type diet. I've been doing it for about 2 years and notice I don't feel as swollen or inflamed so it helps with pain a little and the fatigue. I will forever be on this diet. There is a book that explains it all called eating 4,your blodtype. It's pretty interesting
