My feet, mostly heels and ankles, have started hurting terribly! In a very short time, it's like i got cysts or something on the sides of my feet. Any clues? Dr was good enough to tell me it's not bones...lol. thanks for any and all advice!

Members rallied around someone experiencing sudden, severe foot and ankle pain, with many identifying similar symptoms and sharing that plantar fasciitis is a common culprit, often intertwined with fibromyalgia and arthritis. Several members recommended practical solutions including orthotics from stores like Walmart or Dr. Scholl's, heat therapy rather than ice, proper footwear, and seeing a podiatrist, with some sharing success stories of surgical intervention when conservative measures didn't help. A recurring theme was the frustration of chronic foot pain that limits standing and walking, the challenge of balancing work demands with physical limitations, and the solidarity of knowing others in the community face the same daily struggle.

Do you wear any orthotics? If you aren't wearing comfortable shoes you might want to look into it. I have orthotics in my tennis shoes and it helps a little bit. I still have days where my feet hurt like yours. Doctor told me to use heat not ice. Hope this helps. Hugs to you๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š
