I use arnica pain relief cream and occasionally use lidocaine aspercream to take the edge off. I also purchased reusable iced socks or as an alternative use anything frozen to cool your feet. Lore's suggestion is a good one as well. Troublesome feet often is a reported

Hot and sensitive feet are a common and frustrating symptom for many people with fibromyalgia. The heightened nerve sensitivity that comes with fibromyalgia can make feet feel burning, tender, or just plain angry — even without any obvious cause.
Here are some things that may help bring relief:
- Cool water soaks — Soaking feet in cool (not ice cold) water can help calm the burning sensation
- Cooling gel insoles — These can provide ongoing relief when walking or standing
- Loose, breathable socks — Cotton or moisture-wicking fabrics reduce heat buildup
- Elevating your feet — This can reduce sensitivity and improve circulation
- Avoiding tight footwear — Shoes that squeeze or restrict can make symptoms worse
- Topical creams — Some people find relief with menthol-based or lidocaine creams, but check with your doctor first
- Warm blankets or fluffy socks in the dryer — A MyFibroTeam member swears by this for flares, and the gentle warmth can sometimes ease nerve discomfort too
It's worth mentioning your foot symptoms to your doctor, especially if they're worsening, as they can help tailor a treatment plan specifically for you.
