Peps2, your recipes sound delicious πŸ˜‹. I will have to try them all. I'm sorry you had a stroke but things will get better. Protein is what I need. Thanks for all your solutions 😊

@A MyFibroTeam Member The best way to get your appetite back is to eat really small portions of food more often during the day. I buy alot of sweet potatoes Avocado's bananas raw honey chicken
I pop a sweet potato in the oven in the morning while doing my housework or going for my walk and by the time I'm done it's ready, I mix it with the Avocado (I think you may call it something different there, I'm not sure) when I had the stroke I lost my appetite and lost alot of weight. This past year I've got back to my perfect weight by eating small portions. You can cook chicken breasts mix them with rice onions peppers pop little portions in freezer packs so you have a ready made meal that just needs heating up. Protein is what you need.
focus on calorie dense, high protein, and very low effort foods that require minimal chewing, prep, or strong cooking smells.
Sometimes when we are cooking the smell can almost make us feel full before we eat. 😘

I don't know if you get complan over there but you must get something similar. It's a powder with 27 vits and minerals you can get different flavours I get vanilla mix it with a banana and drink it slowly if I'm struggling to eat. This helps enormously sweetheart also I get Greek yogurt I mix it with any fruits that's quite refreshing. I also buy sugar free icelollies they really help πŸŒΌπŸ¦‹πŸŒ»πŸŒΈπŸŒΉ sending lots of love n hugs 😘😘😘
