Members responded to the question about whether fibromyalgia symptoms get progressive, with most sharing that their own symptoms have worsened and spread over time, even though the condition is not officially classified as progressive. Several members offered helpful strategies including physical therapy, hot wax treatments, staying active at a comfortable pace, reducing sugar, drinking more water, and taking magnesium. A recurring theme was the importance of balancing activity with rest, celebrating good days, and refusing to let the condition take over your life.

I’ve found that they have increased as well.Physical Therapy has really helped because I started doing odd things to basically balance and hold up my body- trying to stay as active as before. This developed into a can of worms. I’ve recently started to be able to walk normal again so I’m thrilled but realizing that with time I have new limitations. I just relish the good days and give up without guilt on the bad….try

That’s OK, love. A lot of people confuse the two.
Yes, it is a chronic lung disease. I think I inherited it from my father he had COPD.
I do pretty good if I don’t catch any flu or viruses. But if I catch them, I can end up in the hospital. I’ve been good the last three years ,praise God.
I hope you’re feeling OK and not in too much pain today🩷🥰🕊️🙏🏻
