I take three magnesium with Tylenol and cbd to π΄ sleep
I was prescribed modifinal. It works great, felt good on it but made me super hyper. But something to ask dr about.if you try this take 1/4 of recommended dose, only a suggestion and my opinion.
Now I have one coffee in the morning.
@Annelliott, These are great recommendations. I had no idea 2 years ago my Ferritin (part of iron) was in the dumps, 3.5, now 2 years later, w/2 iron infusions Iβm finally at 170, which is in the middle. I was short of breath, tired beyond, and was bruising easier. Iβm no longer short of breath, and I feel better.
Get labs first before starting supplements, and ask PCP.ππ
I think it can be helpful to ask a primary care doctor about any labs to rule out basic causes of fatigue first, like iron (including ferritin), B vitamins, vitamin D, thyroid panel, and so on; whatever the doctor thinks. Beyond that, my own doctor suggested B vitamins (just the regular amount daily), and CoQ 10, and magnesium for migraine, but I think those can be helpful for fatigue, too. Another thing my doctor suggested was to eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, legumes/beans and other plant based sources of protein, whole grains, nuts and seeds; to eat well and stay hydrated. It sounds basic, I know, but from my own experience, when I'm so exhausted sometimes I just grab something convenient rather than a balanced meal or snack. π But, I definitely think there is plenty of convenient kinds of foods that are healthful! We don't need to use up energy cooking everything from scratch. π€
I have heard that foods and supplements containing magnesium are a big help.
