I was given advice off a few lovely people on here to try deep breathing and meditation. Have you try anything like that. I loved doing tai chi so im going to do that in a morning to get myself going, start the day stress free hopefully. Where abouts in the uk are you coming to see? Xxx

Yes I’m going over my options. I’m going to chat to my employer who is very supportive. I’m just recovering from ketamine treatment and having Botox for migraines next week. Then flying to uk for a holiday. I have to think of ways to stress less.
