Since having 3 weeks off work i am finding it even harder to work full time.
I have been pulled up by my boss saying they are noticing me struggling and being tired, well of course I have chronic fatigue.
I am risking losing my job because of my condition.
Are there others that work full time and if so how do you cope?

I did work full time, and after being off for 5 months on Short Term Disability and finally being diagonosed, when I returned to work I was never the same as b4. I had to take a less stress filled job with less hours and unfortunately, less pay too. It was me accepting my limits and the boundries my journey has. It was not an easy decision, but in order for me to continue working, in any position, I had to work with in my own perameters.
I know how you feel. I'm in the same boat but only half my due to my company having what they call an intermittent leave of absence. Pretty much i'm allowed to call out 1-2 days a week if i'm experiencing my symptoms. I have fibromyalgia but had chronic fatigue syndrome as a teen. The CFS seems to come back from time to time tag teaming with the fibro. I'm very open with everyone at my job that I have pretty much direct contact with (the whole leadership staff and all my department co-workers) so they can know about the issues and can gain some understanding. It's not that we don't want to perform our jobs, somedays we just can't. So many people have these conditions that employers really need to understand these conditions and they really are disabilities. Good luck with your job. I hope they start to become understanding. I'm lucky my job is forced to.
Its the hardest part of this disability, learning you can't do as much as you used to. Have you read the spoon theory? http://www.butyoudontlooksick.com/articles/writ...
I essentially lost my job because of fibromyalgia and other issues... And it was only part time. I can't work full time either, but I have been unable to qualify for any assistance because I can walk. :-/ Good luck. I hope you find a way to manage. Is there anyway you can disclose your disability and maybe cut your hours? Or job share? I would start looking for new work, less hours if you can manage. Or save as much as you can now for when you leave.
I am struggling to keep my full time job. Luckily I have an employer that is allowing me to work odd hours because I absolutely can't do early mornings anymore. The worst part is my Fibro fog.
