4 different pillows :) 1 for supporting my neck from below and 1 O shaped for my neck, from the sides. 1 ortopedic between my legs and 1 underneath my arm.

You can get some cool trainers.i stopped wearing all my high shoes years ago. I still remember the day I had to go through my wardrobe taking all my beautiful shoes and boots out to take to the charity shop. Talk about gutted. I also never wear dresses. Unless it's unbearable heat and I have no choice. I visited a chiropractor when with my ex husband. He would want to come to all my appointments with me and boy he nearly killed me in more ways than one. Never listened only to the doctor. My appointment with the chiropractor ended me up in hospital with a punctured lung. She would crack my body then apply acupuncture. One day she put the needles in was more concerned about her dog being not well, threw a blanket on my back and the needle punctured my lung. Obviously I had pain. But I always have pain and was not listened too. I finally got him to take me to A n E at 4am
I had the same problem with the stroke. Idiot man!

Only one pillow that’s not very high…actually, it’s the kind that you can remove some of the stuff to make it just right. I’ve only been to a chiropractor once for back pain…. Ended up with a headache and a whole lot worse pain for at least a week. So, never again!

You’re so right. My doctor told me not to let my chiropractor adjust my neck.. I went to a chiropractor for a long time. Then as I got older, I would have too many flareups for five days afterwards, so I haven’t been for many years. I also love my Tempur-pedic pillow. I’ve used it for years and years.. bought new ones of course😁💕

I think chiropractors are like snake oil salesman. I always hear people saying they need adjusted. I have tried on a couple of occasions and didn’t notice anything.
