Are you super protective of your pillow?

Are you on a never-ending and ever changing quest to find the PERFECT pillow.

Does your family tease you about how many pillows you have?

Do you have more pillows than bed?

I'm just curious. I can never seem to find one that's just right. Either the back of my head/neck doest feel supported or it messes with my cpap gear, or it makes me to sweaty.

I have at least figured I like a very firm mattress and a soft/medium pillow. And pillows under my… read more

Members connected over the shared struggle of finding the perfect pillow setup, with many describing very specific arrangements and preferences that family members often don't understand or accidentally disrupt. Several members recommended bamboo pillows as a solution, praising their cooling properties, firmness, and comfort, while others shared their collections of specialty pillows for different body parts including knees, elbows, neck support, and lumbar cushions. A recurring theme was the trial-and-error journey of testing countless pillow types, from memory foam to water-filled to feather pillows, with some members joking about having rooms full of failed pillow experiments and others fiercely protecting the one pillow that finally works.

Yes, I have a lot. I've tried pillows that have water in them, pillows with tiny beans, pillows that are sculpted for side sleepers and also the bamboo pillows sold at fairs. I have gone back to the bamboo. I have bad disks in my neck so I do have trouble finding the right pillow. I did buy one recently that is for all sleeping positions. I brought a feather pillow home that a friend gave me I could have a room where pillows go to die. LOL Keep on, keeping on. You will find one. I tossed one that was super old and it was the one and only pillow that was ever good. I almost didn't toss, but I saw on the show The Doctors that you shouldn't keep a pillow as long as I had. Good luck on your pillow journey.

Yes! I changed my pillows out twice a year so they maintain the right fluffy. I have bolster pillows I use to prop my neck to read, a long 4 ft lumbar pillow when my back hurts, a bolster for between the knees. Then the pillows to keep my pillows in the right position in bed or to brace my back when I have to lay on my side for long periods. LOL. We could probably write a book about the right pillows for certain things. XX

I have the best pillows ever. I brought them on offer and no way I would pay £40 per pillow but they were £10 per pillow I have 4 on my double bed 2 for each side. They are bamboo memory foam really firm but comfortable and soft at the same time. I have to have a firm mattress. And have a knee support pillow and a cuddle cushion my nephew brought me
