My list is long. It does include fibro, CFS/ME, chronic headaches, migraine, Bipolar with extreme Bipolar depression, agoraphobia, anxiety, idiopathic hypersomnia and insomnia, chronic hyponatremia, neurogenic bladder, issues with malnutrition due to compromised gastric bypass, spinal stenosis and chronic inflammation of the small intestine. My previous psychiatrist used to throw medication at everything. I fired him and my new psychiatrist helped me cut down to 3 meds for my bipolar and agoraphobia. In addition, 3 years ago I was prescribed 7. 10-325 Hydrocodone a day which as a good patient I took them for 7 years. Well, I ended up with opioid slow and in ICU for 3 days on life support followed be 16 days in hospital and inpatient rehab. I haven't used pain medication since. Recently my neurologist prescribed a low dose muscle relaxer. I'm giving it a shot. If it doesn't help he's going to continue the appeal process for Tonmya. I do get Botox every 3 months for migraine and take several supplements to help keep the malnutrition at bay. It has been an interesting path over the past 15 years but now my mental and emotional health is pretty good which lets me work through all of my physical conditions daily. My life is challenging but happy. So, less medication has given me a better life. L,V

I think out of everything the fatigue is the worst. I wouldn't be surprised if I had even more stuff going on!
Do others with fibromyalgia also experience chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS/ME)?
