What is a team?

Your team is your personal group of connections on the site. There are no strict rules about who to add - you can include as many or as few people as you'd like. Some members add people who live nearby, while others connect with those who share similar symptoms or treatments. It's really about finding people you feel a connection with.

How to add someone to your team:

1. Look for the "add to team" button (it has a person icon with a plus sign)
2. You'll see this button in the Activity Feed and on member profile pages
3. Click it to add that person to your team

Once you've added people, they'll appear alphabetically on your team page.

How to view your team:

- Click your profile picture in the top right corner
- Select "View My Profile"
- Then select "View: Team"

Following your team's updates:

After building your team, you can keep up with their posts by selecting "My Team Activity" from the menu, or by going to the Activity Feed and filtering by "Team" instead of "All Activity."

This helps you stay connected with the specific people you want to follow!
