I hate living with fibromyalgia I can no longer do anything physical, most times I can’t even sit up . This is crazy nasty crap .
I get bad moments of being lightheaded or dizzy I have had a few accidents because of it this is the worst 3. I fell down the stairs broke my ankle it took a year to heel, I fell down the stairs and tore my tendons and ligament in my ankle I am still having issues with this ankle 7 years later! I need surgery but I will be waiting a while! 3rd time i fell out of the bath almost hit my head on the loo put my arm down I badly misplaced and broke it I ended up having surgery I now have a metal plate. It is not fun so I feel your pain! Luckily in October I moved into a ground floor flat with a step in shower so no stairs or bath to climb I also suffer from migranes more when I am feeling lightheaded and dizzy not sleeping or being poorly seems to bring it on for me!
Hi Trevor, chronic fatigue is no joke, sorry to hear of your pain, If you haven’t already, have a look into POTS, I was diagnosed last year and explains a lot. This can cause fainting and/or presyncope, and is closely associated with Fibromyalgia. Best wishes
Does fibromyalgia cause fainting or passing out?
While fainting isn't commonly discussed as a primary fibromyalgia symptom in the available information, the extreme fatigue you're experiencing is very real and shared by many others with fibro.
