I wake up in a morning and feel like I've been punched in the arms and legs to the point they feel dead. Is this normal?πŸ€”

I get a similar feeling first thing in the morning. The backs of my calves and upper ankles, really hurt and feel stiff. It does ease off after I’ve been up a while, but really strange. Especially as I’m in my mid30’s, if you find anything that helps, please post it on here! πŸ™πŸ˜‚

A lot of times my legs feel like they are encased in cement, especially when they are swollen.

Have you ever used them doing work? Or it could be the weather changes.
