Has anyone ever had/have the feel like your limbs don’t belong to you?
You see that they are attached to you but, they don’t FEEL like they are attached to you ??

Members connected over the unsettling sensation of limbs feeling disconnected or not belonging to their bodies, a phenomenon many attributed to chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. Several members described their arms and legs as feeling like dead weight or lead, so heavy that simple tasks like lifting a fork to eat or walking become exhausting struggles, with some experiencing numbness, spasms, or legs that feel paralyzed or go weak without warning. A recurring theme was the frustration of watching their own limbs move involuntarily or fail to respond to commands, coupled with the humbling reality of learning to adapt by switching hands, calling out sick, or abandoning heels altogether while navigating this strange, isolating aspect of chronic illness.

Yes I get it! Mines at it's worst when I'm having spasms because my arms and legs will start going all over the place even though they feel weak and heavy. it's like I'm watching them move without any control but also feeling so drained because of them...
