I have been trying to use this device. I think it works well to alert you to physical over exertion that can lead to a flare, but doesn't help when it is emotional stress causing the flare.
They are adding a sleep monitoring component to it, but not yet available.

Yes. I use the visible free app especially if I do not feel well but think I should drive and after I take a visible reading I feel safer about what I will do for the day.

I do not have the wrist visible. But I use the free app and my checking is done through the camera. It is free, so far reliable.
One of the first times I can send a report on how I feel to the doctor and it is documented.

It is a monitor band you wear on your arm that monitors heart rate and sends data to your phone about exertion levels throughout your day. It helps you manage your activity levels and avoid flares. It costs $300.00 per year. It also generates monthly reports you can share with your doctor.
It was developed by an engineer who developed long Covid-19 and realized there wasn't anything out there to alert you when you were overdoing activities and pushing yourself into a flare up.
It has been useful for me in monitoring physical activity, but not so much for emotional stress.

We’ve got at least a few people on here who have tried it.

I believe @A MyFibroTeam Member uses just the Visible app and is pleased with it. Please correct me Christine, if my memory is making things up. 😅💛

You’ll have to keep us posted on what you decide to try and how you like it. 💛💐

I also use it and I like it for the most part but I also tend to run myself into the ground being a busy homeschool mom. I'm curious to see if the sleep tracking improves it overall. I've been using it since April and now that I can see my symptom trends it's helpful for me bc I really see what affects me the most and it's less frustrating for me to have that hard data and proof that I have muscle spasms just about every single day. I find it helpful but it also took awhile to find it helpful.

thank you for these information. I’m contemplating of getting visible band. There’s also Hume band that includes sleep tracking. Not sure which one I should start with.
