These are my symptoms
Neck ache
Chest ache
Shoulder ache
In between shoulders ache
Even my wrist aches
Legs ache lower back ache
So annoying all because I'm on my period it has to cause a fibro flare 😣😣😣😣😣😣

Hi. I am sorry this is happening. I am on the pill which has helped with the pain I used to be on. I knew when I was starting as I was in pain and then in pain during it. I have been taking the pill for a months. I take it for 9 weeks and then I have a week off for the time of the month but in less pain as fibro is awful every other time. Hope this helps.
