Neck ache
Chest ache
Shoulder ache
In between shoulders ache
Even my wrist aches
Legs ache lower back ache
So annoying all because I'm on my period it has to cause a fibro flare 😣😣😣😣😣😣

Yes, it does also have effects on endometriosis. Caused my hysterectomy it was so painful, severe. Hugs to you. Hopefully maybe a hot shower…
