Yes along with bangs, popping ect I get terrible shooting pains up the back of my head and they are so painful

Stabbing pain in the ears cud be a symptom of geniculate neuralgia.
I have had that & it was horrible.
I had a surgery to correct it & it worked.

My trouble is constantly loud hissing tinnitus Trevor..its always there..its become normal..but hear it more in dead of night..so with that and burning legs feet and shooting pains in toes and feet..really stiff ankles..I don't sleep much at all. Oh and burning gums..get no peace..not one day anymore, always something with me too..then one bright spark says..what's up with you? Cheer up!!! 🙄
