Members responded with deep empathy to the question about feeling flu-like, achy, and fatigued despite healthy habits, with many sharing that these are very common fibromyalgia experiences. Several members described daily symptoms including body aches, chills, nausea, vomiting, and exhaustion, with some noting that symptoms worsen during seasonal changes or after physical activity. One member shared that NAD infusions and shots, a naturally occurring substance the body produces less of with age, have helped improve their energy and ease some pain, suggesting others look up studies on NAD and fibromyalgia.

I know the feeling. seems like my fibro and chronic fatigue has gotten worse, doesn't help with all of the recent surgeries and other medical issues that I have had to deal with. But I still try to take one day at a time and also try not to do too much, even when I am feeling a little better because then I really pay for it later.

I am sending gentle hugs to all of you and am sorry I haven't written of late but will try and do better.

We have a fire in our town right now. So our air quality is awful. We are wearing masks just to go outside, because there is so much ash in the air. Maybe it’s the weather change.
