My chiropractor helped me with this. It took nine months of chiropractor and stretches. See doctor first and assess. If you ignore it you could end up having surgery on it.

Ps took 18/24 months and I’m still sore in that shoulder plus my right one where I now have moderate OA and bursitis in both so I’m waiting again on steriod injections, but it’s a vicious circle ☹️
Chiropractor is a good start once you’ve had a ultrasound

Hi I had one in 2021 so painful 😖 I had steriod injection done after an ultrasound . Then gentle physio the best loading one low impact is to sit at a table put your hands on a piece of paper or magazine/newspaper and lean forward and let your hands slide gently forward infront of you. Eventually I had a pully system from my PT and that worked wonders but I couldn’t do it whilst in so much pain so had to wait for the injection first.
Hope this might help but check with physio or specialist as you don’t want to do any further damage or at worse not do nothing at all

Yes, I had a frozen shoulder. Couldn't lift my right arm up. A massage therapist worked on it....even though I didn't ask her to. Now I have arthritis there. I wish you luck. I know there are stretches you can do and if you see a massage therapist, make sure they are a good one.
