Spasms. Going to physio helps and keep your fluid intake up.

p.s. I also have spinal and cervical stenosis. A lot of the symptoms of pain are very similar.

I also get horrible pain on the right side of my head, going down around my ear and neck. I use ice packs, they help somewhat. I'm told I'm experiencing cervicogenic headaches. You can go to: https://health.clevelandclinic.org/8-things-to-.... Good luck.

Kristie ,Yes I have had a lot of electrical brain zaps as well in the past 2020 flare and in this late 2023 flare not from meds either because I wasn’t on any meds then
