Find a doctor that is qualified and licensed to write an evaluation for Social Security. All of them cannot do that. I got a letter from my doctor and the specialist licensed to do evaluations for Social Security. They do not work for Social Security but know how to fill out the forms that are necessary to send. The judge will want to know why you are not able to work. They do not care about your diagnosis. Document with doctors what you are unable to do and why you cannot work. That is what they care about. So have a doctor write that you are permanently disabled because of physical restrictions, mental, etc., That is how to win.

Get an attorney that specializes in disability and only gets paid when you do. It takes two years for a hearing. Keep all paperwork from drs. Do everything dr wants like xrays, mris. Good luck - hope you get it!! See if dr will write letter stating you're disabled
