Has anyone found physio makes their pain worse? I saw the physio two weeks ago and am in agony from his exercises.

Yes everything I do…stretches, physiotherapy, chiropractors etc. walking, house work, gardening even sitting lol, but I do most of them anyway. 😊
Yes,I had physio when I was first diagnosed and it made the pain worse,so the doctor send me to aquatherapy and that was even worse. I was ok in the warm water but when I came out of the water I couldn't even dry and dress myself for the pain.
My laser therapy treatments are through my physiotherapist. Some of my tight muscles have been lasered and I have had relief. I have it for edema in my feet and ankles. The physiotherapist doesn't touch me during laser therapy treatments. I just feel warmth.
