I have neurological issues too degenerative disc disease in neck being one
Thanks Liz I do stretching exercise every morning and waiting to see physio as my private one is fully booked just trying to keep arm moving so it doesn't completely seize up had a frozen shoulder years ago and took years to return to normal! Hope your having a low pain day ♥️
Wow, great question. That's how mine started. I have learned that some people experience asymmetrical pain with fibromyalgia while many others have all over pain. Fibromyalgia isn't linear, so it's hard to say u what is going to affect you. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this. It's tough to go through, I do know. I'm wishing you well. The thing that provided me a little bit of relief was getting some exercises and advice from an occupational therapist. I'm wishing you well.
Hi Kathy thank you for your concern and reply sent a consult form to my Doctors and told physio will be in touch 22nd so meanwhile pain killers and will go to urgent treatment center if it gets worse ♥️
Is the shoulder and the leg on the same side? I would definitely check it out with your doctor. 🥰
