I've had fibromyalia for years & my skin is very sensitive & dry. Now, it appears to be "aging " very fast. I've used every type of cream/ lotion on the market. I exercise my arms but I have to be careful or I will hurt severely.
Is this happening to anyone else?
I've also learned that fibromyalia doesn't come in "one size " fits all category. It's so different for everyone.
There's also so many fibromyalia related issues, that I honestly don't think anyone can keep up with them!!

My dermatologist recommend CeeVee. I use cream. In my 20s and 30s I'd put Vaseline all over after a bath at night. Id read somewhere it was what Marilyn Monroe did. I stopped doing when got married in my 30s. That was the first thing he suggested. I've had a problem with lotions just sitting on top of my skin. CeeVee cream works for me but it is expensive.

Yes I have the same issue. I look older than my sister who is 3 years older than me and have to smother myself in moisturising lotion and use steroid creams for dermatitis aswell as fortnightly injections to control it. I have to drink lots of water compared to most people too.

How is your hydration? I think i got alot of sun damage from younger days, but noticed that if I dont dtink enough, my skin looks papery and not healthy. Also use neutrogena hydroboost, its a gel that plumps up the skin. Great for last minute faking that i feel great when I dont.
