Members strongly confirmed that itching is a common fibromyalgia symptom, with many describing persistent itchiness across their body including legs, back, arms, abdomen, palms, and feet, often worsened by fatigue or dry skin. Several members shared practical relief strategies, including over-the-counter creams like Anthisan and Mylocort, cortisone and body lotions, and pure coconut oil, which one member praised as an all-natural solution that provides great relief. A recurring theme was the validation and comfort members found in discovering they weren't alone in this frustrating symptom, with many acknowledging it as a hellish but manageable part of living with fibromyalgia.

Rash under the skin is a Fibro Symptom. I used Anthrisan and Mylocort cream. Helps ease the itch and takes it away after a while. Both can be purchased over the counter. This is a horrible symptom, it is hellish itchy. Hugs, pray you find something to help you.

Wow!!! 😊 Thanks for the post as I had never even thought due to 'Fibromyalgia' I just had noticed my skin getting more dry & although use creams, Body butters it provides some relief but not as use too. I thought was just due to the aging process. *I wonder if this may be a side affect to medication (s).... as well now I have to be sooo careful in summer or sunny destination vacations to sun exposure & burning. *I find more so my upper back, arms & at times my palms. * The BEST relief I've found is 'pure cocunut oil'..... bonus it's ALL Natural and you sMell GREAT !!!!! 😊

OMG!!!! I itch quite a bit . My legs, stomach, and lower back. I think that dry skin has something to do with it and maybe a food intolerance! I use cortisone, and body lotion, which helps most of the time. I think that it is part of the fibro symptoms.
