I have been taking Cymbalta since last May. I really can't say that it has helped, but it is a huge deficit if I am even 12 hours late with a dose. I am asking my Rheumatologist to ween me off. Has anyone else weened off Cymbalta (duloxetine) ? And what was your experience?
Answer Summary

@A MyFibroTeam Member: I also smoke weed for my pain. I prefer to vape the wax form. I don't care that it isn't fully legalized yet. I believe in natural remedies more than I do 'modern science' . Blessed be.... ๐
I use to take Cymbalta. I didn't notice a change for the better. I had noticed that if I was late or even missed a dose my body would react. It was hard to come off of it so just take it slow. You don't want to have withdrawals. My doctor at the time took me off of it too fast and I was miserable. I also found Lyrica worked better for me. Just a thought. Best of luck to you tho!
I take nothing just smoke weed for pain
@A MyFibroTeam Member: TY so much for that! I have been seeing a steering of myself more towards that also and I know they have it in pill form also so that you don't have the smoke portion of it. I believe they are supposed to be legalizing it medically here in LA next year for fibro, cancer, etc. I know they already did medicinally also in TX. I went to the natural store I go to and they have the CBD oil, but from what I can gather from the lady there, and appreciate her honesty, the label suggested two squirts and she had to use six to gain effects from it. They did have a more potent version of it in a syringe, but it is $100 and she bought a tube of it, but hasn't tested it last I knew a few days ago. Guessing getting back more on course for my calling is coming full force. Blessed Be, Namaste, A'HO!
