Make sure that you have an electric blanket this will keep you warm at night. The electric blanket helps me to keep warm in Winter sometimes I have to turn it down very low because I get to hot π₯΅
Also wear Socks to bed also helps to keep your feet warm.

Heat heat rest and warmth. Soothing music and painkillers x
I wish I did because that's when I have the most pain.... before it rains or snows. If my pain is bad enough, I use medical marijuana. Best wishes!!!
I wear my Dr Martin's when I go out as even tensing up while trying not to fall over can give you pains and it would be worse if I fell. Sometimes I love my weighted blanket but it can get to heavy if pressure points are bothering me. I would not get an expensive one as mine was less than Β£30 from Amazon and is great. Just wrap up warm. Wear leggings under your skirt/trousers and carry a hot wheat bag or hot water bottle in your coat.
Good advice.
