I am planning to start trying, but I have been taking gabapentin and I know I cannot take that while pregnant. Any effective pain management methods for pregnancy?

massage therapy for pregnant women at almost most chiropractic offices are very beneficial, essential natural oils like peppermint, lavender and eucalyptus rubbing on the bottom of your feet until massaged thoroughly helps, my daughter has fibromyalgia and was pregnant with my grandson, she enjoyed the massages most, for me early in my fibro days being pregnant was how I was going to sleep comfortably at night with the pain, selected sized pillows became the best option for me after rubbing my feet with a gentle massage middle of neck directly on the cortex of the spine. I hope this helps, wish you well.

I didn't have to go off the effexor I use while I was pregnant because it doesn't pass through the placenta
