I've found that a really hot bath is helpful in relaxing the nerves and muscles. But the problem I have is I can't use all the hot water when there are others who need baths. My insurance a house ago (I'm an apartment dweller now) covered part of both my jacuzzi and my air bed
I love hot baths if I can fit my body under the water and relax, always makes me feel better, but has the side effect of making me sleepy.
I’ve heard that it can help pay for part, but that is not factual information. We have a hot tub outside, but it’s just hard going into cold outside to get to it.
I agree with the hot water, especially with Epsom salt. It's been years since I used a hot tub. My parents had one when I was growing up, they've gotten rid of it now. But I've been eyeing the so called portable ones. They inflate, but still have the jets and water heater etc.. There around 300 to 400 bucks. Or you may want to look into the new electric water heater, I've heard nothing but good things about them, they heat the water as you need it so you never run out.
Does a sauna help or red light therapy.
