Has anyone heard of a product called Fibro Flex . It's a topical spray for fibro pain . It's not FDA approved as it is considered a homeopathic product . I'm not sure I want to spend $10.00 for a bottle (30day supply ) unless someone has tried it & had success with it . Was wanting to post a picture of the bottle but can't seem to get it on here with my question . Thanks

Members shared mixed perspectives on Fibro Flex, with most expressing skepticism about homeopathic remedies and one member reporting it helped somewhat with pain and brain fog. Several members offered alternative strategies they found helpful, including magnesium malate supplements, Epsom salt baths with lavender oil, heated pool therapy or hot tubs, Salonpas patches, and increased Vitamin D and B supplements. A recurring theme was that fibromyalgia constantly changes and no single treatment works for everyone or forever, so finding what works through personal trial and staying open to different approaches is essential.

Doc said all these homeopathic and organic whatevers don't help because fibro is constantly changing. ..it's never the same all the time

I read somewhere that all these wonder drugs and sprays you find online are a waste of money if there is something out there that worked we would all know it....just thought I would let you know what I heard

I invested in a hot tub last fall because dr wanted to put me thru heated pool therapy again . Hot tub was cheaper than 20 therapy sessions & I can use it anytime at my disposal but before that I did the Epsom salt bath which did help

I agree that Fibro is constantly changing. It boils down to trying to treat our symptoms on a daily basis. I have found both homeopathic and herbal treatments to be useful, but use different ones at different times as symptoms indicate. I do find magnesium VERY helpful and take magnesium malate daily. (the malic acid helps fibro too) Soaking in a bath of epsom salts and/or sea salts before bed is one of my favorite treatments. Epsom salts are cheap so I use them most often. I use lavender essential oil too. This helps sleeping problems in addition to easing soreness. Gentle hugs
