I wanted to know if anyone owns or has used a swim spa? I love to swim. I could swim for hours and it's such good exercise. Especially for us fibro worriers. It is also a spa so the water is warm.
I would like to hear your thoughts and experiences to see if it brought you any relief. And if you have one did you use it a lot or did it just sit in the backyard? We are thinking of getting one so I would like some feedback. Thank you!

Members shared overwhelmingly positive experiences about using warm water and hot tubs for fibromyalgia relief, with many describing regular use of gym jacuzzis, inflatable lazy spas from retailers like Argos, and plans to install home hot tubs. Several members reported that warm water therapy (around 90 degrees) combined with gentle swimming and hydrotherapy exercises brought significant short-term pain relief, improved mobility, and provided valuable social connection when done at community facilities. A recurring theme was that while warm water is deeply therapeutic for fibromyalgia symptoms, the benefits require consistent use, and members encouraged exploring both community pools with warm water classes and affordable at-home options like inflatable spas.

My mum just bought me a lazy spa about 3 wks ago and I use it every day sometimes 3 times a day and I have felt a difference, today has been my worst day in 3 wks but that is due to stress in the family so I,m in total flare and couldn't even dress myself or get in it but would definitely recommend getting one.I got mine from Argos they had a offer on and also got the tent to go over it so you can use it all the time even in the rain.xxx

I find the Jacuzzi at the Gym so therapeutic and it really does help with the pain in the short term! I've never used one myself @A MyFibroTeam Member but have friends that have used them and they really rate them so it's worth a try - good luck!

@A MyFibroTeam Member. Hi! Where you been?
So, you actually do you get spa benefits. 2/3 of it is where you swim and the other third is a hot tub spa. Jets, hot water, the whole thing. Still tempted to get one but trying to figure out where I would put it ! Lol
