As we all know, fibro presents us with allsorts of daily challenges, which means we have come to rely on certain things to help us through the day!

I'll start.....

"Can't live without my heated under blanket - it helps to keep my muscles warm and stops them from tightening and cramping!!"

Aww thanks @A MyFibroTeam Member, I've enjoyed reading and finding out from others how they get through the many challenges fibro brings, I've picked up on few things I'm going to try like meditation😊 I do hydrotherapy 3 x weekly which has really helped, stretching through the pain in water for 20 mins followed by a 10 minute Jacuzzi session really helps😊 xx

I use a V pillow too @A MyFibroTeam Member, Hubbie not too happy as he says I nearly take his eye out when I change position🙈

I just bought a u-shaped pillow, last night was my first night with it and I was in terrible pain and it worked pretty good.

Can't live without "my pillow." I take it with me on trips. All other pillows are to firm and make my neck and head hurt.

Yes it is @A MyFibroTeam Member, was sent for 8 sessions of hydro by the GP at our local hospital and I really felt the benefit so when I finished I joined our local Spa pool which is a lot warmer than your average pool😊
