A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hello everyone I have a question about hand and foot pain. Does anyone have problems with hand, wrist pain and foot ankle pain? If so what helps you?

My pain started in my feet and hands. I use a heated blanket, ankle braces, epsom salt baths, crutches, and then just take aleve because my doctor wont prescribe me anything else right now. The pressure from ankle braces really helps

I use Epsom salt gel on my feet. Works good for me.

Hi honey, fibro started in my hands in 2013, I cried to the doctor as I had a very hands on job. I had lots of tests and nothing so that's when they diagnosed fibro. I feel your pain so much, it's not possible all the time but hot water helped me, I also bought arthritic gloves which I could wear doing the job I was in. It's no joke I know, so this yr 2019 I've started a pain medication called gabapentin and it works a treat for me. I hope you get some relief soon big gentle hugs 💜

Yes, I have those issues and find rubbing CBD oil over them helps me immensely. If your area does not allow you to buy CBD oil, try pain relieving gel/ointment with Lidocaine.

Yes, all of it. Ice helps me with my feet which gives me some small relief. I tend to drink water to see if I ate something that might be causing it so it will get flushed out. I do have Voltarin gel which I don't use all the time only when it is bad. That helps my feet though have not tried it on my hands.
