I have the the same thing. We bought a elevated bed so I could raise the head of the bed . It helped stop the numbness in my hands and arms . Something about laying flat must cut the circulation off . If you can't afford a electric bed get one of those elevated wedges . I bought one off Amazon for when I visit my daughter. Yes I had numbness and tingling in hand and feet for over 2 years 8 months constantly I mean like ever night! I used to soaked my arms in ice water and wear braces .. then burning pain!! Burning so bad I wanted to cry.Thought it was carpal tunnel.. turned out to be fibro after all test emg ect.. it was so bad that's why I started to see a Dr. To begin with. I found retirement early, vitamin d and thiamin and all the b vitamins are extremely helpful. Also, my hubby bought me hemp lotion! Works.. I was shocked!

Yes i do have some numbness in hands. I have had bilateral carpal tunnel surgery and it helped alot. I wear copper infused arthritis gloves every nite in winter
