Members overwhelmingly confirmed experiencing numbness and pins and needles in their hands, arms, and feet, with many describing it as a frustrating and common symptom of fibromyalgia. Several members shared strategies that have helped them find relief, including warm water pool therapy, medical massages, supplementing with magnesium, B vitamins, and vitamin D, medications like Nortriptyline, and using soft fabrics and supportive mattresses to ease discomfort. A recurring theme was that while these sensations can be deeply annoying and sometimes spread to unexpected areas like the face or scalp, a combination of gentle movement, targeted supplementation, and medical treatment can provide meaningful improvement over time.

I try to avoid surgery completely. I have done 6 months at 2x a week with great results. I do warm water pool therapy 😍 for over 18 years. I can stretch my back out. Swimming is best exercise. That is my goal in summer to swim in the regular pool. Sometimes that doesn't happen but it's okay . I keep getting medical massages and that also helps to work the aches out. I also believe we are lacking magnesium and b Vitamins so I add those to my daily pills. Also Vitamin D is lacking please get these checked out with your doctor appointment. I found softness is very important so I use fabric softener. Matress plays a big role with sleeping. I have a foam , gel and springs. Pets are very important to help us.
