I still dress up as a witch. It gives the kids a kick to get a trick along with the treats. This year one little girl came running across the lawn screaming "I'm a witch too!" Lol. We decorated with lots of skull-headed ghosts and spiders so the kids would know in advance that we celebrate Halloween since so many people in our neighborhood don't bother. I just loved it as a kid and have continued in my own minor way since FMS took over. But when I was in my 30s and 30s I went overboard with parties. My favorite costume I made was the Sunmaid Raisins box. I dressed as the maiden and hand painted the box, sticking my head through the bottom of the sun. I won that contest!

Halloween not like it use to be when I was kid. My youngest daughter is 44 and she has never been trick or treating because when she was young had too many bad people putting poison and other things in candy. No children go trick or treat except certain neighborhoodsand mall. Police are there also.
