A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hello everyone, I'm very new to this group. I have some questions about my symptoms. Does anyone ever get pain by there left shoulder blade to where it hurts to lift your arm above your head? Also, what about a burning sensation on the tip of your tongue and body wide muscle twitching and vibrations.

I find Magnesium Malate so helpful for pain throughout the day.

Get your B12 levels checked, Low B12 can cause a sore tongue.
Magnesium Malate for your twitching muscles. Play around with your daily dosage, your dose is too high if your stool becomes loose. I personally take just under 600 mg throughout the day.
For your shoulder blade tightness and pain, using a massage ball and the wall or floor, break up the tightness and knots daily.

Yes. Chiropractor helped me a lot. I did too much of putting up of draperies. If it doesn’t get better be sure to see your doctor. 🤗
