I don't know if one place has this when I first started studying it many years ago there were perhaps 100, the last time I looked perhaps a couple years ago there were over 200: symptoms noted. It doesn't mean that you will experience everything . And it can also go into remission. I consistently was in remission for several years but now it's chronic. Do a search from a reputable organization to get this info like Mayo or a fibromyalgia organization. I wish you well.

Great question! Fibromyalgia symptoms can vary widely from person to person, but here's a comprehensive overview of what's commonly reported.

Pain-related symptoms:
- Widespread muscle pain, cramps, or spasms
- Joint tenderness
- Shooting, burning, stabbing, tingling, or throbbing sensations
- Stiffness or numbness
- Headaches or migraines
- Worsened menstrual pain

Cognitive symptoms (often called "fibro fog"):
- Memory problems
- Difficulty focusing or concentrating
- Trouble processing information
- Forgetting or confusing words

General symptoms:
- Persistent fatigue, even after rest
- Sleep problems, waking up unrefreshed
- Sensitivity to light, noise, and temperature
- Digestive issues like bloating or constipation
- Urinary symptoms
- Anxiety and depression
- Skin lumps or bumps that may feel tender Symptoms can fluctuate — improving during remission and worsening during flare-ups. As one MyFibroTeam member shared about fatigue, "I seem to go up then down... I don't know why," which is very relatable for many living with fibromyalgia.

If any of these symptoms are significantly affecting your quality of life, it's always worth discussing them with your doctor or rheumatologist.
